Order Confirmation
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order ID. Our team will then begin preparing your order for shipment.
- During peak periods (e.g., major promotions), processing times may be longer than usual.
- During non-peak periods, the standard processing time is within 3 to 5 business days.
Country-Specific Requirements
🇺🇸 United States Orders
Your confirmation email will also include instructions for submitting a prescription, which is required by the US FDA to ship iontophoresis devices.
Note: To avoid delays, please notify us if the prescription name differs from the name on your order.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom Orders
Your confirmation email will include a UK VAT Exemption Form.
To proceed without UK VAT charges:
- Complete, sign, and return the UK VAT Cert promptly, or
- Let us know if you prefer not to sign the form, and we'll proceed with the shipment. We cannot ship your order until we receive the completed form or your refusal.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
- Click “Track your shipment” in the email to view real-time updates directly on the courier’s website.
- Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.
Estimated Delivery Times
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 1 to 3 business days
- 🇺🇸 USA: 3 to 5 business days
- 🌏 International (Rest of the World): 5 to 7 business days

- U.S. orders ship only after a valid prescription is received.
- U.K. orders ship only after we receive your VAT Exemption form or written refusal.

- Regular Shipping:
- Small international shipments (like replacement parts) are sent via Canada Post and then transferred to your local postal service for final delivery.
