We guarantee a duty-free experience for you. Your Dermadry Total, Dermadry Hands & Feet, or Dermadry Underarms package will arrive smoothly, with no extra tariffs, FDA clearance fees, or import charges to worry about upon delivery.  
 

Note: Standard import fees in the USA may still apply to accessories purchased separately (items ordered without a main device).

For International Customers 🌐

While we provide free worldwide express shipping via FedEx or DHL, orders shipped outside North America (including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia) may be subject to local import fees or VAT.
 

The recipient is responsible for paying all local import charges when the package arrives. These fees vary by country and are not included in the checkout total.

We highly recommend checking with your local customs office to find the specific rates for your region.

UK Customers: Claiming VAT Relief 🇬🇧 

In the UK, you can claim relief from VAT if you live with a medical condition (such as hyperhidrosis) and are purchasing a medical device like Dermadry specifically for your own personal use.
 

How to claim your VAT relief:

1. Download the official 🔗 Declaration of eligibility for VAT relief (this form is also linked in your order confirmation email).

2. Please fill in, date, and sign the second page of the form.

3. Return the signed document to us via email. We will then finalise your order and dispatch your device with the VAT exemption applied.

Simply get in touch to let us know, and we will dispatch your order straight away. Please bear in mind that if you choose to proceed without completing the declaration, standard UK VAT will be payable upon delivery.
