Dermadry’s expected service life is 5 years when used and maintained according to the provided instructions.

Warranty Coverage:

• The controller, AC adapter, and cables are covered under warranty for 5 years.

Warranty Claim Process

• Reporting a Fault: Contact our support team immediately if you encounter a broken or faulty part. To help us assist you as quickly as possible, kindly provide the following details:
  
  • Explain what happened and the nature of the problem.
  • Attach a clear photo or a short video showing the issue.
  • Include a photo of the back of your controller.
• Evaluation: Dermadry will evaluate the claim within 1-2 business days.
• Replacement: If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will send the replacement parts via regular mail at no cost. If you prefer express shipping, this can be arranged at an additional charge.

What’s Not Covered: The warranty does not cover damage caused by physical shock, water or heat damage, or improper use. Consumable items such as mats, towels, pockets, case and silicone-graphite or metal electrodes are excluded from the warranty unless the manufacturer is at fault. These consumables are available on the Product Line page.

Repairs: The Dermadry controller and components are not intended to be repaired. Any repair, manipulation, or damage beyond the warranty conditions will void the warranty.

Single-Patient Use: The device is intended for use by a single patient. Reselling the device or its parts without prior written approval from Dermadry Laboratories Inc. voids the warranty.

Note: For devices ordered on or before 13 Aug 2020, the warranty provided for the device's main components (controller, AC adapter, and cables) is 1 year. Contact our support team for assistance.
