   Please be advised of the Hygiene Seal Exception: As Dermadry is classified as a medical device intended for direct application to the skin, European Union regulations stipulate that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal ceases immediately upon breaking or tampering with the protective hygiene seal on the packaging.
    

2. Have you already opened and used your Dermadry? No problem! Even if your statutory 14-day EU right to return has expired due to opening the seal, you are still fully protected by our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the delivery date.
