In most countries, including Canada, you can purchase a Dermadry WITHOUT a prescription.

United States:

• For our customers in the United States, a prescription from a healthcare professional is mandatory when purchasing any iontophoresis devices.

Here are two (2) options to easily get one:

Option 1: Get a FREE online prescription!

Here's how it works:

• In the order confirmation email you received after placing your order, click the link "Get a free prescription" or contact our support team to get started.
• Fill out the required information online, which usually takes 2-3 minutes.
• We automatically receive your prescription once it is completed (usually within 24 hours). After cross-matching it with your order, we'll quickly ship your device.

Option 2: If you already have access to a doctor: 

• Print the authorization form (Download Here) for a Dermadry iontophoresis machine and ask your health professional to complete it.
• Ask them to send the completed and signed form and fax it to +1 514-400-6205.
• Once we have received a copy of the prescription, your order will be cleared and prepared for shipment and on its way to you.
