Congratulations, you’ve placed your order for Dermadry’s anti-sweat device! If you’re wondering when you will receive your order, how to track your order, or are looking for an order status update, please read through our guide below!
- Order Confirmation Email
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us that contains your order number. This email confirms that we have received your order and are working on packaging it and sending it your way. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Note for USA orders: In your order confirmation email, you will receive additional information regarding the mandatory prescription required for your device. Details on getting the prescription will be in this email, but if you require any further assistance, please contact our support team.
Note for UK orders: In your order confirmation email, you will receive a form to fill out and sign in order for your device to be exempt from VAT. Please fill out this form as soon as possible and send it back to us to ensure that you are exempt from VAT charges.
- Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This means that your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you! You can track the status of your order by clicking the “Track Your Order” link that is provided in this email, which will redirect you to our courier’s website.
Note for USA orders: If you are ordering from the USA, your order will only be shipped once we have received your prescription.
Note for UK orders: If you are ordering from the UK, your order will only be shipped once we have received your completed VAT form.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order ships, you can generally expect to receive your order in the following timeframes:
USA & Canada: 1 to 3 business days
Rest of World: 3 to 5 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. However, in our experience, our customers largely receive their orders within these timeframes!
Track Your Order
To track your order, please use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, which will redirect you to the courier's website. The status of your order and estimated delivery date will be displayed on the courier’s website.
Please note that once your order has left our warehouse and is with our shipping provider, all order status updates can be monitored with your tracking number. Unfortunately, at this point we will not be able to provide you with any additional information regarding the status of your order, but feel free to contact our support team with any other order inquiries!
Orders shipped within Canada are shipped with Canada Post Express. All other orders (rest of world) are shipped with FedEx Express.
We ship all device orders with free express worldwide shipping so that you can get your order as soon as possible. For small consumable orders, a small shipping fee will apply. Please note that shipping delays (e.g. customs delays, weather delays, etc.) are out of our control.
